North Texas Asian Democrats (NTAD)

The purpose of the North Texas Asian Democrats (NTAD) is to sensitize Democratic candidates and officeholders to the political needs of the Asian-American community; to promote the Democratic Party’s message of economic justice and social progress in the Asian-American community; to encourage Asian-American participation in the campaigns of Democratic candidates and at all levels of the Democratic party, and to facilitate the election of Democratic candidates to public office by maximizing the Democratic turnout in the Asian-American community.

Get involved with other Democrats in our community by joining an organization that will provide representation and act as the collective voice for Asian-American Democrats in the North Texas counties of Dallas, Tarrant, Denton and Collin.

NTAD's endorsement vote which had been scheduled to be held on Monday, February 1, 2016 from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. is CANCELLED because NTAD will not be able to co-sponsor a primary forum as anticipated, NTAD will not meet a requirement of NTAD's endorsement policy; therefore, and regretfully, no endorsements will be made in the 2016 primary election.

Amendments to NTAD's endorsement policy will be considered at the next general membership meeting to take place on Monday, February 15, 2016 from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Jeng Chi Restaurant & Bakery, 400 N. Greenville Ave., Ste 11, Richardson, TX  75081 (972/669-9094).  Additionally, amendments to NTAD's by-laws will also be considered and elections of NTAD's officer will be held at this meeting.
